If you wish to return your order, please email hello@ilovemytype.com within 14 days of delivery and clearly state that you would like to return your purchase.

This helps us identify your return and process it correctly. Returns sent without prior notice may experience processing delays.

Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Returned items must be unused and in essentially the same condition as received.

Please include a copy of your order confirmation or invoice with your return.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with missing items, please contact support@ilovemytype.com as soon as possible (preferably within 48 hours).

To help us process your claim, please include:

• Photos of the affected product(s)
• Photos of the front and back of the package (all corners visible)
• Photos of any damaged corners
• Photos of internal protection
• A clear photo of the shipping label

For visible transport damage, documentation must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

For hidden damage, documentation must be submitted within 7 days.

Without the required documentation within these timeframes, we may unfortunately be unable to process your claim.

Please keep all original packaging until your claim has been resolved.
