Prices are shown in DKK on the Danish version of the website and EUR on the international version.

Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments. Danish customers can also pay using MobilePay. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Payment is charged when your order is dispatched.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your invoice by email.

Estimated production time for consumer orders is typically 2–5 business days, followed by shipping depending on destination.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to production volume, holidays, carrier delays, or other external factors.

Shipping costs are added at checkout.

Certain large frame sizes require special handling.

Frames in sizes 100×100 cm and 100×140 cm are only available when purchased together with a poster of the corresponding size. In these cases, the poster is mounted in the frame and the frame is permanently sealed for stability.

Please note that deliveries of 100×140 cm framed prints outside Denmark may involve significantly higher shipping costs due to special transport requirements.

Large-format shipping costs may be higher than standard rates and are calculated based on destination and product size.

In accordance with Danish and EU consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us by email at hello@ilovemytype.com within 14 days of receipt.

Returned items must be unused and in essentially the same condition as received.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Please include a copy of your order confirmation or invoice with your return.

Once we have received and inspected the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

You are covered by a 24-month warranty (reklamationsret) under Danish law.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at support@ilovemytype.com within a reasonable time after delivery (preferably within 48 hours).

Please include your order number and documentation of the issue.

Without sufficient documentation, we may unfortunately be unable to process your claim.

We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Please make sure to collect your parcel within the carrier’s stated deadline to avoid additional costs.

If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, please contact us at hello@ilovemytype.com as soon as possible.

In your email, please state your order number and whether you prefer:

• Reshipment (new shipping cost + a return handling fee of DKK 60), or
  
• Refund of the order amount minus the DKK 60 return handling fee.
