Practical information about how your order is produced and delivered
Production & fulfillment
Our art prints and frames are produced on demand.
Selected stationery items may be shipped either from our fulfillment partner or directly from our studio, depending on product type and order contents.
Original artworks are one-of-a-kind pieces and are always shipped directly from our Copenhagen studio.
Depending on the contents of your order, items may be shipped separately. This means you may receive your order in more than one parcel. You will only be charged shipping once per order.
Orders for posters and framed prints are typically dispatched within 2–5 business days.
Orders containing original artworks are typically dispatched within 2–7 business days.
Once dispatched, delivery time depends on destination.
You will receive a shipping confirmation by email once your order has been handed over to the carrier.
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch)
The following delivery times are estimates from the time your order has been dispatched:
- Denmark: 1–2 business days
- Nordic countries: 2–4 business days
- EU: 2–5 business days
- Outside EU: 4–10 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier, customs clearance, and peak seasons.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on destination.
Starting rates:
- Denmark: from xx DKK
- Nordic countries: from xx EUR
- EU: from xx EUR
- Outside EU: from xx EUR
The final shipping cost will always be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Please note that large-format framed prints may involve higher shipping costs due to special handling requirements.
Packaging
Orders are packed depending on the items purchased to ensure safe delivery:
- Art prints are shipped in protective tubes.
- When purchasing an art print together with a frame (and optionally a passepartout), your order will be delivered assembled and ready to hang.
- Loose frames are delivered foiled for protection.
- Passepartouts are delivered framed or individually packed in protective sleeves.
We carefully package all items to minimize the risk of damage during transport.
Large frame sizes
Some large frame sizes require special handling and transport methods.
Frames in sizes 100×100 cm and 100×140 cm are only available when purchased together with a poster of the corresponding size. In these cases, the poster is mounted in the frame and the frame is permanently sealed for stability.
Please note that deliveries of 100×140 cm framed prints outside Denmark may involve significantly higher shipping costs due to special transport requirements.
Large-format shipping costs may be higher than standard rates and are calculated based on destination and product size.

Unclaimed Parcels
If you do not collect your parcel from the parcel shop within the carrier’s deadline, it will automatically be returned to us.
If this happens, please email hello@ilovemytype.com as soon as possible and let us know:
- Your order number
- Whether you would like the order to be reshipped or refunded
You may choose between:
Reshipment
We will resend your order to the same address.
You will be charged the new shipping cost + a return handling fee of DKK 60.
Refund
We will refund your order amount minus the DKK 60 return handling fee.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
