Returns
We gladly accept returns on both new arrivals and sale items and offer you 14 days of return from when you receive your order.
It is important for us that you have a pleasant experience shopping with us. This is why there is no extra charge when exchanging products for a different size or colour, however all exchanges are based on stock availability. We will refund the amount to the credit card used for the purchase or, on demand, exchange it for a gift voucher to our webshop. If you wish to exchange your item, simply follow the guideline below. Returns are at your own expense.
How to return items
1. All items must be returned unused and in original packaging.

3. Please note that the package must be sent with distribution directly to the address above as we are not able to pick up your package at a parcel shop.
4. Once we have received the goods and accepted the return, we will transfer the amount to your account.
The responsibility for the items is yours until they have been delivered to us on the listed return address. For your own safety, we recommend you to keep the postage receipt with tracking number.
